  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to customer bank account or original payment mode.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a credit card, please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

         If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return           process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and               availability of the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
